Still getting ready for the bike ride across the state in a couple of weeks so did a 67 mile ride today.  It was warm (87) but cloudy so didn't feel as hot.  I felt good for most of the ride but ran out of water and Gatorade with about 20 miles to go.  I was really feeling bad afterward.  I was sick to my stomach and very light headed.  I thought I was going to pass out.  I am not sure if it is a stomach bug or if I was dehydrated.  Felt better after a couple of hours but still wasn't back to normal.  Other than that glad to get in the miles.

Tom, thanks for checking in. I am still out here kicking. I have been riding the bike a lot lately getting ready for a 160 mile ride this coming Sat. Since I haven't been running as much I have been kind of lazy on blogging. Thanks for reaching out and giving me a nudge to get back on the here.
