San Diego, CA:  Nice morning for running.  Temp around 70 with low humidity.  Today the plan is for 6 x 3:00 at 6:12 pace with 2:00 recovery.  It was dark out so hard to check the time on the Garmin so mostly had to run these by feel.  The first couple my legs were tired from the long run yesterday then felt better on the next two. The last two my legs started feeling better but after I got back those were my best two time wise.  I didn't run them as consistently as I would have liked but without any feedback it was hard to tell how fast I was going.  Just glad to get a solid workout in while I am traveling.  Here are my avg paces for the 6 repeats: 6:19, 6:15, 6:12, 6:15, 6:07, 6:07.

Saucony Virrata Miles: 8.00

Great job on the repeats. Gotta love that San Diego weather, seems to be nearly perfect all the time.

Tom, the weather here is nice and a great break from the heat and humidity back home. Jeff, thanks trying to get this old body back into racing shape.
