Nice morning for running.  Pretty cool (60) and no wind.  I felt good this morning but still started off easy to get loosened up.  After that I ran a little faster and felt really good.  I didn't have any pain or problems with the foot which was a good sign.  Starting to feel a little bit like a running again but still have a long way to go.

Do you think the different shoes helped?

Thanks guys! Crazy busy with work so sorry I didn't get back sooner. Hope you all are doing good.

Rattletrap, I think the shoes are part of the problem. I am going back to shoes that I ran in a couple of years ago without any problems so hopefully that will help.
