Nice morning (58). Just did an easy 5 miles today. It was good to have the rest day yesterday and it felt good relaxing. I was feeling good this morning and took it real easy. I am planning a couple of faster runs this week mixed in with the short easy runs. Should be about 50 miles this week and then in the 30's next week. We have some cooler weather moving in tomorrow so maybe it will finally start feeling like fall around here.

Looking good! Nice plan for the taper. Good to hear it is cooling down, like to hear that for the weekend. TCM is currently showing scattered showers and good temps. I hope that the cooler weather sticks around for the Chicago marathon as well.

Jeff, I hope the weather holds for the TCM. It is going to be pretty much perfect here the next few days with lows in the 40's and high around 65. It should even be better in MN. Hope the rain holds off and everything goes well this week and for your trip. Looking forward to seeing a great result.
