My ankle felt good today after running 4 miles on it yesterday. I decided to keep today's run the same rather then push it higher. I started off a little sore and stiff in my ankle but as with yesterday it felt better after about a mile. I really felt like I could have kept going but I thought I had better still take it easy on the ankle and not try to over do it. Based on the last two days I feel like I should be able to get back to my normal schedule but will probably have to slowly add the distance. It is great to be back on the roads again!! 33:49 |
