It was a nice warm day and was able to get out for a run on back to back days. I am still working on building back to normal running and felt good so decided to run again today and increase a mile. I felt kind of tired today but just ran super easy. It is amazing how much you lose not running. Even though I have been biking it is different and uses different muscle groups. Really looking forward to getting back into the normal routine. I ran at around 8:30 pace but battery on my Garmin died before I finished so not sure of the exact pace. |
