It was warm (78) and humid this morning. Just did an easy run this morning and my first back to back days since I took the break with my hip. I felt pretty good today. I had a couple of times where my hip tightened up but no pain. Pretty much the same as it has been all week. I have been doing more stretching than normal and need to do more strengthing exercises. Just really want to get back to consistent running. Hopefully, I am making progress toward that. 48:58 (8:10 avg)
