It was cool out today (21) but no wind so that was nice. When I started out today my legs felt real heavy and just felt like I couldn't get going. I just took it real easy and did start loosening up and running easier after 3 or 4 miles. I also ran 6 x hill sprints toward the end of the run. The last couple of days have been pretty strong runs for me so I guess it is catching up with me. Good to just have an easy recovery day.

Hey, nice to see you back on the front page (mileage board). 8:15's not too shabby for recovery mode. You've done a nice job gradually working you way back into things. I was too aggressive at first after my last marathon and almost paid for it.

I do feel like I am starting to get back into the routine. The Christmas break helped me not get going too soon plus I think I made the right decision not to try Boston. I probably would have kicked it back in too soon and ended up injuried.
