I have some catching up to do. I have been crazy busy the last few days and haven't kept up with the blogging. I have also taken a hit on the running as well but I have been getting in as much as possible. Last Saturday I did a 12 mile run. I wanted to do 15 but was running short on time plus I am still having some pain in my hip and it was acting up today so I cut it to 12 miles. I just didn't feel strong today. It seems like I have one good day and then the next day it can go bad. I am not sure what is up with this. 1:37:41 |
