I got out early this morning but it was already 75 degress and humid.  Seems like we are in the middle of summer already.  I felt tired this morning.  It could be from the busy day yesterday and also I ran late yesterday and not used to running again with little rest.  Anyway, I just took it easy and was glad to get in the miles.  I think I am going to start increasing the mileage since the foot seems to be cooperating.

Just doing my once and a really great while check in. Ohh buddy, did you run today (Sat.)? How miserable can the humidity get out there eh? Glad to hear you foot is feeling a bit better. Hang in there and stay in the shade!

Bob, thanks for checking in. I have been having a hard time keeping up with the blog. Also, trying to get back in the exercise routine. Your right about the heat. Seems like we missed part of spring. Hope your running is going well.
