I am in Huntsville, AL today and the weather is great (45 degrees). I missed running yesterday and wanted to get in a tempo run today. I didn't have a measured course to run and I don't have a Garmin so I just ran on time. After a good warmup I was feeling fine (no problems with the hip) so I jumped into the tempo. I had my HR monitor so I got up in the tempo zone and ran for abour 28 minutes which should have easily been 4 miles. I did notice toward the last of the tempo run that I was feeling it in my legs. I feel like Cardio wise I could push harder but my legs don't feel like they could go much faster. I am not sure if this is lack of base or what. 60:30 |
