Honolulu, HI:  Out early again today. It was still warm but a good breeze so felt better.  I ran around 5 miles at MP just based on feel.  Most of the miles were between 7:45 and 8 so not very fast but not bad in the warm and humid weather.  Ran down the canel and around to the beach.  Nice run for me.
