After yesterday's race I wanted to get out and shake the legs out a little today. I was able to get out late afternoon on an unbelievably warm day (70, windy, sunny). When I started out my legs were really tight/stiff but got better as I went along. After a couple of miles I felt normal again and just ran easy the entire way. I think it was a big help to be able to get out today after the race yesterday. Hopefully, I will be able to get back to a normal week of training this week. 49:49 |
