It was raining today so just stayed inside and ran on the TM. I felt good again today and ran a little faster each mile. So far so good on the build up of the mileage. Still trying to take it slow. This is my 3rd week back to running consistently and just want add a few miles each week until I get back to normal. I am shooting to be back to normal running around the first of the year.
