Philadelphia, PA:  I was able to get outside this morning and ran down by the river.  It was a nice morning and enjoyed it after having to run on the TM yesterday.  I slept later than planned so had to cut the run a little short to make it to my meetings.  I felt good and ran easy as usual.

Thanks Tom. Just trying to be consistent and slowly build back up the miles. Kind of hard to be patient.
