Another day in Honolulu and ran the same route around Diamond Head.  Nice day about the same as the last couple (70, windy).  I felt good running today.  Just took it easy.  My foot was sore for some reason.  It started last night and I think it was actually from walking around in my dress shoes yesterday.  Hopefully, it will feel better today.

I did that run a few years ago- very pretty. Lots of surfers on the beach below and lots of runners on the road. Though I found that my clothes seemed to smell about 10 times worse than after my Utah runs. It was like they were fermenting as I ran.

Yeah, this is my last day here so I am packing up my running clothes now. I am sure that the people at the airport will give me a lot of space and maybe a few disgusted looks as I walk by.
