Washington, DC:  Flew out early yesterday and meetings all day so didn't get to run.  I ran early this morning on the treadmill.  I was downtown and not very good area to run. I would have spent most of the time waiting for lights.  I felt pretty good and started off easy then picked it up.  I wanted to go further but had a early meeting so had to cut it short.
