Another nice warm morning.  It was less windy today but still blowing around 10 mph.  It was most coming from the side today so didn't effect me as much as yesterday.  Because I worked it hard yesterday I just went at a nice steady pace.  I did 27 miles at an average of around 18 mph.  Not a bad ride.

I take it the achilles are still acting up. Smart to go with the cross-training for a while.

Dave, it is actually feeling a lot better now but I thought I would stay on the bike for awhile longer just to make sure it is fully healed. I am really itching to get back out but having some fun on the bike. Looks like you recovered nicely from Boston and are back in the groove.
