My foot was better today but I thought I would give it some more rest so I rode the bike for 45 minutes and around 14 miles. It was a pretty good workout and I felt good. I am not sure what to do about the foot but it gets better after resting a few days then when I run about 3 days in a row it hurts again. It doesn't seem like I can get back to normal running without causing problems. I am going to try a cross training routine and see if I can build back up that way. I guess the bike ride is equal to around 5 miles running. |
