Woke up to -10 wind chill this morning which didn't sound to inviting to me so headed to the treadmill. I wanted to do something different today so I added in 6 x 1 min hill repeats at 5% incline. I am planning on doing some hill work in the coming weeks so I wanted to add it in slowly. I don't get a chance to do much hill work in this area so actually the treadmill is a good option for this. Also, as I continue to work on my strength I thought it would be a good addition. The weather is supposed to warm up over the next few days so looking forward to getting outside. Going to see "Spirit of the Marathon" tonight. Looking forward to it. I will give my thoughts on the movie tomorrow. 64:57 |
