Still heavy rain and wind this morning so back on the treadmill.  In order to shake things up I planned to do 6 x 3:00 at 6:15 pace with 2:00 easy between.  I felt good during the warmup and again the knee seemed to cooperate.  The repeats went good and felt ok for the most part.  I started to feel the effort on the last couple.  It felt good to run fast.  Hopefully, tomorrow I can get outside and enjoy the scenery.

Nice job on the workout and glad to hear the knee is being kind. Fast workouts on the treadmill are always really tough for me. On paper they should be easier than on the road but with the boredom factor I think it balances out.

Well done getting a workout completed. I'm in agreement with Tom with regards to the treadmill, I find workouts on them tougher than outside.

Thanks for the comments. I definitely don't like the treadmill either. It helps me to have some kind of workout on the treadmill to take my mind off of the boredom.
