Week 18 - Day 1   6 miles easy

First 3 were a little brisker to get out of hood onto busier roads & then back before dark, then 3 easier loops around hills of the hood.

7:35, 7:57, 7:55, 8:37, 9:01, 8:37

Felt good, am convinced I am going to crush Boston, decided on sub 3:15 goal

AM - 4 easy hilly hood miles @ 8:50 AP

Weight 146 - Considering I basically took the last 8 months off from running & at my peak my race weight was 148, this is good ... although it means I need to add muscle and hopefully target my race weight down to 145 or lower.  Let the Games begin.

AM - 4 easy hilly hood miles @ 8:43 AP

Alex & I are driving to PA this afternoon for the Holidays ... but daily runs will continue ... perhaps he will even join me for a few of them!
