Rode bike 5 miles to track, did a little fast running, rode home. Soft surface track, inside lanes are soft with ankle twisters on curves, so ran in what probably would be 3rd lane. I am definately not good at speed work & don't really enjoy it ... but a little is better than none. Ran 400 meter recoveries in about 2:00 each, then did a short cool down 4 x 400: 1:22, 1:25, 1:30, 1:28 Did not have a target pace & never looked at watch while running them.
Planned on doing more, but it was hot! It is what it is! The bike ride was nice! :)
