Week 1 Summary: 31 miles (more than I have run in a month since April). Reintroduce legs to mileage. Consistency (took 2 days off due to travel & icy paths, but other than that good). I will call it a successful week of getting back on track ... 17 weeks to improve ... one day at a time.

Nice job getting back into it! Don't get too ambitious though and hurt yourself (you know I know all about that).
BTW...we are going to Atlanta on Jan 16-20 so I definitely want to meet up with you! Let's figure out what would be convenient for you. :-)
