8:37 ... Fast finish ... Alex joined me for a mile before school ... getting that to happen is like pulling teeth ... but one mile is better than none!  He did score a goal in his soccer game yesterday, perhaps that little bit of glory will motivate him to continue to work on his fitness.  I will go to his 2 hour practice tonight ... and hopefuly get in an easy 6 or 7 miles ... I guess I have to wait until Wednesday to find out if I will be running Boston in 7 months!

Evening 5.6 miles - Fowler Park - 7:48, 7:09, 7:47, 8:34, 7:37, cooldown 0,6 miles

Good to see you blogging again. Crossing my fingers for Boston. I might be wrong but I think 2:41 under is good enough this year, with the expanded field, even though more people are competing for spots. Good luck with everything.

I'm glad you're back on the blog and hoping you get entered in Boston! I bet you're having fun with Alex and his sports. I miss those things with Kirby.

A teenager waking up before school to run? impressive.

Nice run yourself!

Thanks Flat ... and yes, it was enough!

IJR - am enjoying the extended time with Alex & he is doing great with soccer this year ... but it is a little exhausting keeping after him!

Joe - I think that may have been a one time occurrence! lol
