5 easy down through the Island again since it's close.  My legs felt actually a hint of being strong for the first time in forever.  I felt I could do 10, but obviously that probably wouldn't be a great idea now.  I may try 8 tomorrow.  We will see if the strong feeling in the legs continues.

welcome back! I am hoping to do 8 tomorrow, probably on river trail, maybe from canal trail or first dam or something. let me know if you are interested. But remember I am an old slow guy.

yes I would! When do you want to meet and where? I'm totally fine with slow right now.

how about 8AM at first dam? If we run from there to spring hollow and back that would be 8. I am trying to stay off asphalt as much as possible while my leg heals. let me know if that works, if so we can meet up at the parking lot by first dam!

I'll be there.

Cody and I can't believe you didn't invite us, too! Nah, just kidding.

By the way, I think First Dam to Spring Hollow and back is 8.5 miles- don't want to undercount it :)

haha don't worry, Scott had his little Garmin thing or whatever so we got that. We would have invited you but we knew you would probably be doing some 30 or 40 mile run or something. I was surprised and disappointed that you only did 20. I expected more. ;) But we were thinking that next week or something we could join you for part of your run at least.
