Am: three.. still feeling that icky feeling in my stomach from yesterday. I'm pretty sure I've fractured my appendix and/or spleen, but no one really cares. Pm: 10x200. I did this workout with the sprinters. It was kind of a pain. It was a hard workout, because they go quicker than we usually do on our 200s, but it takes twice as long cause they walk the recoveries! I was there forever! I was the only one to actually do 10 of them. Honeycutt stopped after 4, Janz did 7, and Katie stopped after 8. Lexi started with us when we were on our 8th though, and she really helped me keep pushing, because she was going faster since she just started. At the end, I was very very tired and my head really really hurt. I felt really lightheaded and my eyes wouldn't focus too well.. I was scaring myself on the drive home, so I stopped at harts and got some water and tried to help my body relax. |
