AM: This is getting super old, if I didn't already mention that.
PM: Speed workout. 5x800. My first two were good. I stuck with the group, but I'd start to get a little shaky on the last lap. The next three were not good. I was quite behind. Really frustrating. And I'd work myself up about it and for a couple of seconds, I'd not be able to breathe and I'd have to stop thinking about it and focus on my breathing. But I finished.. |
