First run of 2016. I tweaked my back at the wAIRhouse jumping too high. I was afraid to make it worse and rested a few days despite my plans to become a perfect person starting January 1.
I ran three nice and easy on the treadmill and it didn't seem to worsen. I believe I am ok going forward. I am having minor nagging back troubles (also correlated to my SI joint) for the first time in my life. I've always feared back injuries.
