Crossfit. 3 rounds of 30 push ups, 30 kettle bell swings (53lbs), and 30 calorie row. Took me about 18:30. Ran 3.35 in 28:30 (8:30) around the neighborhood when I got home from Crossfit. Slow, but very enjoyable cool down run. PM 4.25 on the TM and a little quicker pace.
