Lifted for about 65 minutes and then swam for 2 hours. Good workout. Knee feels good and I don't notice any pain. Just feels like I got a shot in it, which I did.

Great workout! I better not see you running the farm fields at 5 am this week rest and get better soon. Racin season is starting and it will be fun to run after you. We need our sub 3 this year in St. george.
