Great run.  Went up Provo Cayon up to the first main park in South Fork.  Actually a little past this.  Turned around at the 8 mile mark and headed back.  Kind of cold at first, but the way down the canyon was great.  No water after about 2.5 miles until about the 14 mile marker because they have turned off the water fountains.
