10 miles on the TM at the LC. Finally got a descent run this week. Legs felt okay, but I'm still battling a cold.

I was at the LC today too! I haven't looked at your blog in awhile. I saw that skinny Michael dude at the LC (the guy with glasses, tube socks, and longish hair). Don't know if you remember him. Anyway, he motioned to me and it was awkward.

Today was actually my first day at the LC in about 6 months. I hate running there, but it makes for some good entertainment. I saw all of the old regulars there today as well.
