nice cross training. i am not even to the ellipticaling stage yet. pathetic. hopefully tomorrow things will start to turn around. i am an old granny right now!

I hear ya. I thought I was out of the woods until I tried some light running this morning and my quads weren't having any of it. That marathon is brutal on the body.
