AM Crossfit. 3 x 5 push press (95 lbs) then 10-9-8-7........1 of push press (95 lbs), strict chin-ups, and 30" box jumps. This one hurt. I feel like I'm still recovering from Saturday. Just feel exhausted. PM 5.05 in 41:11ish (8:11). Ran out towards Saratoga and back. Still recovering. |
