AM 45 min on the elliptical. Boring and I don't feel like I get a great workout. Oh well, it's something.
PM Lifted for 25 min and then did the elliptical for 42 min.

Yeah Bec. I can't even believe how sore my quads are. I don't know if that race is worth the pain. Get better.
