I felt ok but tired. Ran with Ethan for the last few, I was surprised (in a nice way) that he helped me and pushed me.

DI loop backwards. It was really hot and it felt like it took everything out of me at the end, I slowed down a lot coming back in.
After that I ran a little in my spikes I got for track but never wore because I got hurt. I ran a couple striders with the spikes in on the track, it really makes you stay on your toes. Then I ran on the field with the spikes out. You have to stay on your toes more than I usually do. I don't know if I should wear them for XC races, I need to talk to coach about it.

All day I have had a bad cough, the kind all in your chest and lungs. I felt like like I was going to through up in the morning and it really hurts. Hopefully it will go away soon. |
