After spending an hour or so of quality time rolling around on a ball last night, the back was a little bit better this morning, but still not quite ready to run. I spent another 30 minutes rolling around and can feel (and even see) the difference in my lower back. Barring any setback today (good thing I sit at my desk all day), I should be able to resume running tomorrow. I guess this should motivate me to do some core strengthening. |
