Simulation of "Ragnar" leg of Wasatch Back. Actually, I was only able to get in 2.2 miles of hard uphill before turning around (Ragnar is a solid 4 miles of climbing). I was badly depleted after yesterday's workouts. Should have eaten something between last night's leg and this one. Felt absolutely awful for first mile and a half or so, then kind of settled in a bit. Note to self: eat better for Wasatch Back than I have the past two days. AHR/MHR: 165/184 |
