avg pace for the run was 8:18 per mile. not bad considering my first mile was 9:45.

easy 8 from work. continuous snowfall and comfortable temps (33F?). had to move pretty slow and cautious on the roads with the inch or two of snow. once i got to the track i was able to pick it up a little and managed a couple of MP miles. felt a little conspicuous running the roads in a snowstorm with shorts on and my lime green Hattoris.

10 miles / 8:19 avg. bluff trail from jensen park out and back. no sun, 31F. good weather for a run. same average pace as my 10 mile progression run on sunday, but without the progression.
