7 miles / 7:55 avg. on the MFT/LPT. not feeling it today. i ran miles 2,4, and 6 quicker than the rest (7:11, 7:04, 7:05), and struggled pretty much the whole run. WT 72.8 miles three fifteen

10 miles / 8:34 avg. from work, rio grande - north. 2 mi. warm up, 6 x 1/2 mi. w 1/2 mi. easy in between. 2.5 mile easy to finish the run. splits for 1/2 miles (target: 3:15): 3:19, 3:12, 3:18, 3:17, 3:19, 3:20. i never do workouts like this so i didn't pace it out so well but i plan on doing speed more regularly now. still a rewarding workout today. WT 64.5 miles three seventeen
