Nothing there today. Recovering from marathon, not training for anything, so I let this one go.

9.5 miles/8:34 avg.  Lunch run. Cloudy, light drizzle, 44F, light breezes. From home/glovers/clarke lane.

Nice running weather. Ran in shorts, long sleeve tech, gloves, and baseball type cap.

  Got the old furnace at home up and running.

Splits: 8:37, 8:21, 8:37, 8:47, 8:31, 8:32, 8:42, 8:26, 8:38, +.5 @ 8:25 pace. This run has approx. 1,000 ft elevation rise/drop.

Early lunch run from work around town. Partly cloudy, light wind, 46F. Shorts, short sleeve, no gloves. A little chilly until I warmed up. Took about 4 miles before I felt like running.

Late lunch run. Drove to the Legacy Parkway Trail (LPT). Sunny, 60F. Wind blowing both North and South. At first my legs felt like lead, but felt great after warm up.

Taking tomorrow off. Good luck to all the St. George marathoners and any other  racers!!
