Ten on the TM is real dedication. Do you ever use it for tempo or marathon pace runs? I do, when I need something to keep me on pace. The treadmill does all the work and all you do is run!

I usually only do speed work/tempo runs etc. on the TM to keep it interesting. But today I decided to do the smart thing and run easy. Kind of boring, but REM's "Green" CD was helping me pass the time.

I agree that an easy 10 on the TM is tough, at least mentally.

Sometimes I can just zone out on the TM and it makes for an enjoyable run...can't wait til I can do it again!
