"Engaging in a little suffering — however self-imposed, arbitrary and contrived — before breakfast each morning tends to demand some humility and injects some marked relief into the rest of the day, making things sharper, more inspired, more immediately aware of the powerful presence of being. And that seems really worthwhile." A. Krupicka

"I cruised down hills, churned up hills, and floated over the asphalt, existing in a world that seemed to lack the confinements of such ubiquitous rivets as time, obligation, or pain. I knew then that this was destined to be one of those serendipitous runs for which so many of
us strive yet so rarely achieve." J. Nevels

Weather: thank goodness it wasn't "60 dgrees  and sunny, with calm winds" today, that would've really been a drag.

It's been a snow/rain mix off and on all day, and windy. I'm sure glad.

Yeah, we love it like we love blisters on our feet!

BTW, I always lube hot spots/blisters on my feet with neosporin. Sounds like you're getting a handle on it though. Get it fixed up for Ogden!

Oh, but we love winter running. Give me one month and i will be complaining about the heat and wishing this weather back. I will take cold over hot any day. However, 50 sounds perfect right now. I want that all year for the am, then maybe 65 or 70 in the afternoon. Where is that place? I am moving tomorrow.

Yes, JD. Let's go and bring everyone with us! Sounds perfect.
