It's been snowing most of the morning, and now we have horizontal snow blowing outside. Seriously. I'm done with Winter.

8 x 1/2 mile @ HM to almost 5K pace with 1/4 mile recovery. 1/2 mile interval splits: 8:00, 7:48, 7:36, 7:24, 7:19, 7:36, 7:48, 7:30.

Great treadmill workout. I loathe the treadmill. Almost as much as I loathe the snow right now.
