3.5 miles / from work. Sun, warmth etc. Well, something's up with my body. Yesterday I was wiped out. I probably accumulated 3 hours of extra sleep throughout the day as all I wanted to do was lay down and sleep all day. I have days where I'm tired and need a nap, but yesterday was different. Today's run was a struggle every step of the way. I had to focus just to keep from walking. I have no idea what's going on. I can't blame high mileage or diet...just have to try again tomorrow.

Stacie - in Jamestown - the doctor is the last resort. First I give my body the chance to use it's amazing ability to heal itself without funding the doctor's country club fees. Lol!

Lysa - no flu. That's what's weird, I feel perfectly normal otherwise. I'm not ultra-tired like yesterday, but the run was way off. We'll see how it shakes out tomorrow. If I'm still weak, I'll try increasing my consumption of barley pops for a couple of days - that always seems to help!
