5-4-3-2 Mile Sets
Scheduled for 14 miles of steady miles with 20-22 total. I ended up doing this workout because I wanted to rachet down the pace a bit to see where my fitness is. I planned on the last set being 1 mile, but figured I didn't want to push my luck as I did 4+ hours of training yesterday. Workout went quite well considering my legs were pretty dead.
