University of Toledo Trail and Wildwood (Prarie Trail and Blue? Trail) - 13 miles, averaged 7:46

Not what I planned for mileage this week, but I'm have a relaxing time with Megan and her uncle. Got some decent runs with time on my feet. I've got about 11+ miles per day to finish out an even 70 miles/week average. I've had a darn good year. Tomorrow is my blogiversary.
