North side - 8 miles, averaged 7:50

Late: 35 minutes of rolling, stretching, and core. Hungry. Must have had a mileage jump last week and a largish workout yesterday. That's right, food log, I'm not tallying those 2 Kind Bars and peanut butter and jelly I ate straight from the jar at 11:00 PM. Just don't tell the scale.

My day involved light reading and avoiding writing that dissertation. I did get some L.L. Bean slippers to replace the bargin basement ones that were worn completely through the soles like a Flinstone's car.

That's amazing how hunger spikes like that. Thanks for the rolling reminder. Almost forgot to do that tonight.

Matt: I try to do it every day even for a few minutes. You can do it while watching tv or listening to music, or, shaving for the incredibly coordinated.

Allie: I've fallen in love with PBBJ (add about 1/3 banana). It's the perfect little sandwich. Just had one. I found a chia seed jam recipe from Oh She Glows. Her stuff is always good so I imagine this one is no different. I'm spending a lot on store bought jam . . .

chia seed jam sounds awesome. i will have to try it out. yesterday i used some leftover raspberry jalapeno jelly for my pb&j...it seemed like it was going to be awful but it was actually quite tasty...just a bit different. i've started making mine on brown rice tortillas...pb&jdillas. i'm so addicted.
