North side - 3.25 miles, averaged 8:32. First time on the road since Oct. 25. I sounded like a moose running. Hip felt fine.

Took the last week off because I wanted to see if I could get this thing healed. Need to try to get some miles in before ~Christmas, which marks the beginning of the Boston buildup.

Still a lot of work to do until I am 100%. Lots of weakness in that leg and throughout my body from two full weeks off and about 70 miles all last month. Far from out of the woods just yet.

It'll take time but you're approach to this setback has been smart.

I hope so, Andrea. Just trying not to let the hip lead to the knee (or something else).
